Refund return terms

Due to the company’s long-term continuous losses, this site is fully liquidated. This refund and return clause is the only effective after-sales rule during the liquidation period. All after-sales transactions are strictly in accordance with the fixed time limit and rules of this clause, without special exceptions.

1. Return time limit rules: After users sign for goods, they can apply for compliant return services within 30 days. For orders that exceed the 30-day time limit, the platform will not accept return applications. The time limit is strictly fixed and there is no extension authority.
2. Basic rules for orders and logistics: Orders on this site are processed on the same day, and the shipping time within the United States is fixed at 2 days. All return orders require users to ensure that the goods are intact, not damaged, have no traces of use, retain the original packaging, and will not affect secondary clearance sales before the return application can be reviewed and approved.
3. Refund review and timeliness: After the platform receives the goods returned by the user and completes the verification, the refund process will be started. The fixed timeliness for refund is 3 days. The funds will be returned to the user’s payment account through the original route. The user can check the payment status within 3 working days.
4. Scenarios where returns are not allowed: Man-made damage, unauthorized disassembly and assembly, wear and tear, missing accessories, orders beyond the return time limit, and orders where the product affects secondary sales, the platform has the right to refuse returns and refund applications. There is no exchange service for clearance items, and only compliant returns and refunds are supported.
5. After-sales docking method: All return applications, refund consultations, and progress inquiries must be submitted through the official email support@woododsrigin.shop. The platform will strictly complete the review and processing in accordance with the fixed time limit to protect users’ legitimate after-sales rights and interests.
